Roberto Dandi (PhD in Organizational Behavior) is Assistant Professor of Management at the Department of Business and Management at LUISS Guido Carli where he teaches Management, Business Organization, Public Administration Strategic Analysis, and International Business. Since 2007 he has worked also as educational program developer, consultant, and researcher at the Public Administration, Health Care and Non Profit Unit at LUISS Business School.
Broadly speaking his main goal is to help public administrations, health care and social care providers work better in the interest of their users and stakeholders. He does that by teaching, consulting, and researching on strategic decision-making processes, organizational design methods, good uses of information and communication technologies, and development of key performance indicators.
Previously he served as: post-doctoral researcher at LUISS Guido Carli on Health Care Management (2007-2010), Adjunct Professor of Information Systems Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome (2009 to 2012), post-doctoral research scientist at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2005-2006), and TA of Organizational Design and Organizational Behavior at LUISS Guido Carli and Università degli Studi di L’Aquila (2000-2005).
