George R. MacCartney, Jr. (S’08) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Villanova University, Villanova, PA, USA, in 2010 and 2011, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with New York University, Polytechnic School of Engineering, Brooklyn, NY, USA, under the supervision
of Prof. Rappaport in the NYU WIRELESS Research Center. He has authored or co-authored more than ten technical papers in the field of mmWave propagation, and his research interests include mmWave propagation test and measurement prototyping, and channel modeling and analysis for 5G communications.
