Abstract
The authors present a rare case of non-anion gap metabolic acidosis
(NAGMA) in a patient with chronic kidney disease. We highlight the
management, and possible aetiologies that lead to this problem. This
case report hopes to allow clinicians to introduce evidence-based
guidelines for the management of patients with NAGMA.
