An unpleasant tenant -- a conundrum in an emergency
- Abraham Paul
Abstract
A 60yr old hypertensive patient presented with inferior wall myocardial
infarction. His coronary angiogram showed ectatic coronaries, with a
large thrombus in an aneurysmally dilated right coronary artery.
Emergency coronary artery bypass grafting was performed, and he was
discharged on the seventh post operative day.
