A survival case of premature infant with hepatoblastoma (fetal Pattern)

An extreme preterm baby was presented in neonatal care unit with
respiratory distress. The most disturbing stage here was the appearance
of liver mass sizing 5.8cm×1.3cm with necrosis, diagnosed as
hepatoblastoma which was evident with the aid of Ultrasound. Hence,
chemotherapy was commenced which was in accordance with SIOPEL 3.
