A 77-year-old woman was admitted to our emergency department complaining of abdominal pain. Computed tomography was performed and showed aerobilila and a large 5.1 cm gallstone lodged in the small intestine. She underwent emergency surgery. Intraoperative findings noted small bowel obstruction caused by a large gallstone.

Α 59-year-old female presented to our hospital with epigastric pain. A computed tomography scan of the abdomen revealed a foreign body in the head of pancreas. A laparoscopic surgery was performed and the foreign body was safely removed. The foreign body was identified as a 3-cm-long fish bone.

Primary thyroid angiosarcoma (TAS) is a rare mesenchymal tumor with poor prognosis, that should be differentiated from anaplastic thyroid carcinoma. We present the 60th case of this rare tumor and highlight the importance of early diagnosis, undelayed surgery and complementary radiation in order to improve prognosis and overall survival.
