Presently, there does not exist a well-documented and research-backed repository of information for evaluating the economics of sustainable energy projects. Motivated community members and laypersons have no tools that can help them evaluate the feasibility of the many various energy options, meaning they must conduct background research themselves, at great cost. This collaborative and interactive "living" research document is intended to unify the current knowledge available into practical principles that can be used to compare potential energy projects from as many angles as possible.
