Abstract
Pesca en Línea (PEL) is a bussiness unit of the trade union FIPASUR (Federación Interregional de Pescadores Artesanales del Sur) wich supports its social purposes buying sea resources to local fishers for a fair price, to process and sell it later. Today due to a series of inconveniences, mainly caused by fault of project's projection, PEL had to change its modus operandis, changing as a maquila system, it's mean that their utilities comes from leasing its infrastructures.
In order to understand, improve and find the real reasons to explain how the Pesca en Línea service works, it succumbed to the market. We will carry out a postmortem analysis in which we will show an analysis of a certain process, and possible solutions (redesigns) to try, even though the service is already stopped, to recover the operation of Pesca en Línea.
