Abstract

Traumatic diaphragmatic hernias (DH) are very rare and usually present acutely but might represent after years of minor trauma. We present a female with epigastric pain and no history of trauma. Scans showed several cavities. Surgery was performed and the abdominal viscera were returned with no complications.
