Frail patients may have atrophic jaws. Frail patients typically have a
low bite force capability. Bone in atrophic jaws may be dense and able
to resist occlusal loads. Appropriate length mini-implants, immediately
loaded can retain a denture. Mini-implants retaining a complete denture
