When your employee reaches the three-month  mark with your company, it is a good time to sit down for a performance review,  and to discuss any changes to the next phase of their employment. For some  companies, this is the point when benefits kick in as well. At the one-year  mark, offer performance reviews to your new employee as well as your entire  staff. Congratulate your employee on their one-year anniversary with your  company and make it known that their contributions are appreciated.Finally, ask  for any feedback they may have for you.
