Once you show your employee around the
office, show them the space where they will be working. For dedicated
workspaces, encourage the employee to add some personal touches, such as
photos, to make them feel welcomed and at home. As a startup, you may have some
initial limitations when it comes to work space, especially if you have a small
office to begin with. If this is the case, consider other options such as desk
sharing between employees who work from home part-time.
