<div>Benchtop flash chromatography will be conducted for the majority of isolation and purification. This involves reverse-phase chromatography with a range of solid phases. This includes PVDSB HP-20 column, HP20ss and Diol columns. HP20 columns will be used to separate the crude mixture into simple fractions, which are then back loaded and eluted with an organic solvent. HP20ss is used to further isolate and separate compounds and Diol is used in the beginning of purification. Purification is then followed by HPLC using LH-20 (C18) size exclusion column.
