We plot the mean clumping factor in each radial range and $\bar{Q}$, (add legend to plot) in Figure X. Despite the significant scatter, we see a steady increase in clumping with metal content. Fitting a power law to these data, we find that in both radial ranges
$$f_cl $$f_{cl} \propto Z^{0.3}.$$
Since the H-$\alpha$ mass loss diagnostics vary as $\sqrt{f_{cl}}$, this corresponds to a correction of the power law exponent in Mokiem et al. of 0.15.
