Main question I would like to ask is “How people are governed in the process of festival production?”. Answering this general questions I will follow guidelines contained by Foucault in his late paper “The Subject and Power” (1982). Thus I will examine:   1) Thanks to which system of differentiations the governing is possible?   2) What are objectives of those who govern the others, for what purpose governing is necessary?   3) 3 What are the means of bringing power relations into being  4)  What are the forms of institutionalization of governing? 4) 5)  To what degree the governing is rationalized? 5) 6)  What is the resistance about?
