_What are the means of bringing power relations into being?_  General technology of power used in the field of festival production is framing the conditions of actions, confronting acting subject with conditions that seems to him or her as 'objective'. This is why I predicate that we may talk about biopolitics of festvial production. This happens first of all with budgetary discipline imposed by funders, and followed by funding terms and conditions. Second important limitation is fact that an event can not be postponed, thus everyone who is engaged in its production fails under a dictatorship of deadlines. Every single activity in the production process has to be adjusted to numerus other activities and its timelines, and every activity creating own timeline impose new deadlines to the others.
