The framework shows a conceptual framework designed for the proposed system based on its requirements. The flow will start on getting of personal information from the patients who will then be sending and stored in the database and which will also be verified by the medical staff.   The patient will then be examined by the pediatrician and will then be given prescriptions based on the diagnoses done from the patients. After the consultation, the output would serve as the evaluated user data to be used for the input in the knowledge base, DSS or Decision Support System will analyze and test if the corresponding data entered would match the information inside the knowledge base. Assuming the information that underwent the verification in the knowledge base is accepted, the data between the knowledge base and the inference engine will take place wherein the information from the knowledge base will be retrieved by the inference engine and the system shall then display the user’s required output.  \subsection{Inference Engine and Knowledge Base}  The dynamic programming approach has been incorprated into the software tool by means of developing an inference engine. Each state and descriptor has been tokenized into the knowledge base of the system. Using dynamic approach and a priori knowledge search, the CDSS is able to derive its supportive diagnosis following a logical decision tree. An example diagnosis is desribed as follow.
