Based on the results given by Table 2.1, the system’s score that was given by the majority of the respondents ranged from 9.0 to 9.4, which was a good remarks to the system, but it also reflected the uncertainty of the system’s capability of giving the right and exact diagnosis and disease information based from the respondent’s opinion.
