Allianz has a unique opportunity to put its business to the next level. As a leading insurance and asset management company, it has an irreproachable reputation in the world. In order to sustain its business in such a high level, the company needs to continually evolve and adapt to constantly changing market conditions. Next big step one can make is to introduce Cloud Computing in company’s internal and external directives. Advantages and disadvantages of Cloud Computing were discussed in the first part of the paper. In this section, concrete solutions and benefits of Cloud Computing for Allianz will be reviewed.
