When the IT resources are outsourced a
company is tempted to lay off all staff members concerning the IT maintenance.
This can not only lead to a bad mood among the employees but can also be a huge
disadvantage when they decide to switching back to in-house operation.
Missing IT competence in a company can also
have other downsides. If no one knows what IT resources are needed for the
business to run it is possible that they are being tricked into investing more
money into the cloud computing service than necessary.
