requirement for dissertations. If you know otherwise and can supply the urls

Yes. All current Pitt students who are required to submit an
Electronic Thesis or Dissertation (ETD) to fulfill the requirements of
their degree programs must submit their ETDs to DScholarship@
Pitt. See the main ETD Web site for more information.
All University of Pittsburgh ETDs will be automatically deposited into
DScholarship@
Pitt immediately upon approval by your school.
University of Kentucky:

***UK electronic theses and dissertations are available as a standalone
database at this URL: http://uknowledge.uky.edu/gradschool/.
