References and a Glossary are attached. References refer to items cited in the sidenotes. We also below have furnished some selective readings organized around topics that have only been touched upon in the article but may be of interest to a particular reader. In some cases abstracts or notes are attached to the references and the denseness of specialization of the source is commented from general to dense and difficult to aid the reader in choosing what they desire. For ease of access we have tried to include many sources that can be directly found on the internet and furnished a URL for access. For some who may be unfamiliar with the concept (I was) DOI's are an attempt at permanent location identifiers as URL's tend to change over the years and papers or books are lost to followup (404 object not found).  Topics
