HE organized a conference of the affected agencies and social and legal services. His ambivalent administrator showed up at the beginning but left in the middle for "urgent business". Nonetheless the conferees were able to define what they could and could not do. The hospital lawyer backed up limit setting provisions on the patient's behavior. Organizing the conference and taking action improved the feelings of the psychiatric consultant who now felt there once again was a team in place. The weak "case manager" was replaced with one less qualified, but better able to maintain boundaries.  In addition to deal with the patient's constant and annoying pattern of canceling appointments she was written a courteous letter outlining a program under which she could have increased appointments with professionals if she kept her appointments or gave 24 hour notice of cancellation. On the other hand if she failed to show up or canceled more than a given number of appointments,\textit{ her} times would be given away for a specified period. To everyone's surprise the patient wrote a courteous letter in reply and complied with the new schedule. Her excessive use of emergency services decreased to a tolerable level.  END OF SAMPLE COMPLEX CONTEXT CRITICAL INCIDENT REPORT  \subsection{The Application of Samples in Real Worlds}  The final part of this essay will deal with the difficulty of applying the reflective techniques in practice. You have been readin as we do for fun, or in school or to explore in imagination, events in real life. Experiencing the our world in practice is quite different. A cautionary section follows.
