-some other patterns in rest of water chemistry where two locations had same values or something like that. idk what drives the water chemistry patterns other than simply location though.    ***weighted shows same patterns albeit different and tighter clustering, as well as higher percentage PCoA axes***  TO DO  --dig deeper into P2, since it has species clusters within it DO:  --NMDS of P2 only  --separate analyses of  leaf and vs.  root analyses  --sulfur bacteria --pull out and focus  on Potomageton sulfur bact  -> what water chem are do  they assoc. with? correlate with some sed or water chem?  Lit search to see confirm  if it makes sense to find these they are feasibly found  on Potomageton  --confirm classification of these species using Potomageton?  --any other particular taxa that might have interesting pattern to delve deeper into  --use left over  DNA to confirm host species classification
