During these two weeks I mainly focused on the developing of the b-tag algorithm, which I will describe in the next chapter.
In addition we found a trouble with the Papas simulation, when I am generating e+ e- -> Z -> q qbar at 91 GeV with pythia8 integrated in the FCC framework, and when I compute the sum of the energy of all the particles in the event I obtain:
91 GeV for the generated particles, that is ok
and an average of 97 or more GeV for the reconstructed particles (it changes a bit between light quarks and b quarks), so I fear there is a issue somewhere in the simulation.
