A robust optimization approach to postdisaster relief logistics planning under uncertainties

Robust
considering post-disaster phase, Liu and Jiang \cite{LiuJiang2015} proposed a bi-objective robust optimization model for mobilization of relief personnel to earthquake struck mountainous areas, and evacuation of critical people by helicopters. under uncertain demand and transportation time environment, the model aims to minimize: 1) sum of total weighted shortage. 2) total costs of evacuation, helicopters recruiting and transportation. The model is solved in a commercial solver via lexicographic technique and evaluated on Great Shichuan earthquake data.
