\section{A dynamic multi-objective location–routing model for relief logistic planning under uncertainty on demand, travel time, and cost parameters}  location-inventory. \\  Bozorgi and Khorsi \cite{BozorgiKhorsi2015} developed a three level(i.e., Supplier, relief distribution centers(RDC) and affected areas(AA)) trio-objective scenario-based stochastic supply chain model for locating RDCs as well as routing of relief items. The authors classified items as consumable and non-consumable relief items; consumable items are those with regularly consumption over planning horizon. Thus, the planning horizon is divided into several period, each with different supplies and demands for consumable items. Non-consumable items, on the other hand, have fixed demand at the beginning of the planning horizon.   The stochasticity is considered on AAs’ demand,supplies, cost of procurement and transportation. Accordingly, the proposed a multi-commodity, trio-objective mixed integer model for the problem which determines the optimal number, capacity, location and inventory policy of suppler and RDCs as well as optimal routing of vehicles between facilities.  for the objective functions, the first objective sought to maximize \emph{fairness}, which is defined as total aggregated maximum unsatisfied demands, the second objective total travel time and the last objective strives to minimize total cost, i.e.setup,procurement, transportation, inventory and unsatisfied demands.  The problem is solved using $\epsilon$-constraint method, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is gaged via computational case study on a region of Iran.
