\section{A robust counterpart approach to the bi-objective emergency medical service design problem}  Zhang and Jiang \cite{Zhang&Jiang2014} a bi-objective robust optimization model is presented for locating and sizing of emergency medical services (EMS) system with uncertainty on number of emergency calls and the maximum number of concurrent calls. First objective minimizes total costs (EMS establishment, operating cost of emergency vehicles, transportation costs) and second objective handles responsiveness (EMS establishment, operating cost of emergency vehicles and weighted shortage costs). The multi-objectivity is handled by weighted sum (by varying weights and number of EMSs method) EMSs) method  and the model is solved on a commercial solver and evaluated with real case data.
