\section{An interactive approach for designing a robust disaster relief}  location-inventory location-Allocation  \\ Rezaei-Malek et al. \cite{RezaeiEtal2016} argued about importance of planning of perishable commodities at disaster relief logistic problems. They considered three level(warehouse, hospital and supplier) location-inventory problem and developed an integrated scenario-based bi-objective model for pre-and post-disaster phases, in which each scenario is realized depending on severity of earthquake and the time of a day it incurs.  The model determines location and ordering policy of each warehouse as as well as amount of transferred commodities from warehouses to hospitals. Due to perishable nature of the commodities, in the pre-disaster phase, the authors considered time windows for lifetime of commodities, hence the planning is carried out in a dynamic environment. the problem is formulated as a bi-objective mixed integer linear programming problem, in which the first objective incorporates average of aggregated time of transferring commodities to hospitals and the second objective includes warehouse establishment, unsatisfied demand and commodity providing costs. Considering time window for lifetime of the commodities leads authors to reformulate their model as robust stochastic model by utilizing the approach proposed by /cite{MulveyEtal1995}.
