\section{Ambulance routing for disaster response with patient groups}  Talarico et al. 2015 \cite{TalaricoEtal2015} focused on affected people in Mass-Casualty Incidents(MCI) and argued about challenges of post-disaster response actions. In particular, they considered ambulance routing for affected people at disaster response phase, in which mass-casualty urges quick medical aids. The authors used two-fold triage system for prioritization of affected people, namely green code patients(patients with slight injuries) and red code patients(seriously injured patients). With a priori information about each of the patients' condition, The problem is to provide aid for both groups of patients by determining ambulance route. Furthermore, the authors assumed that an ambulance will pass to next patient if it encounters a green code patient, otherwise it picks will pick  up the red code patient and carries it to a hospital. Accordingly the authors proposed two MILP formulation for the problem which minimize aggregated sum of maximum service completion times among red and green code patients. for solving the problem they utilized a Large Neighborhood Search(LNS) meta-heuristics with problem-adjusted diversification and intensification strategies.
