\section{Optimal team deployment in urban search and rescue}  evacuation\\  Chen and Miller-Hooks \cite{ChenMiller-Hooks2012} proposed a dynamic scenario-based multi stage stochastic program for the problem of Urban Search and Rescue Team Deployment Problem (USAR-TDP); where,in post-disaster phase, sites in need of assistance arrive dynamically over the decision horizon and search and rescue team are deployed to disaster areas, and sites to serve and their visit order are determined. Demands of sites, depending on diminishing likelihood of survival, decrease over time, and devastated site are enter the model following a Poisson distribution. For maximizing total number of saved people, the problem is solved via a column generation approach is presented and evaluation is carried out on 2010 Haitian earthquake data.
