\section{A probabilistic model applied to emergency service vehicle location}  Beraldi and Bruni \cite{Beraldi&Bruni} \cite{BeraldiBruni}  deal with problem of locating of emergency centers in pre-disaster phase and coverage of demand point by emergency centers in post-disaster phase. They proposed a two-stage stochastic model, determining location and size of emergency centers at first stage and allocation of demand points to facilities at the second stage. For incorporating decision maker's preference, they embed probabilistic constraints in the stochastic model that allows DM to evaluate different solutions by varying reliability levels.   The randomly generated instances are solved by B&B method and also by three tailored heuristics and the results are compared in term of solution quality and CPU time.
