\section{A Two-Stage Robustness Approach to Evacuation Planning with Buses}  Robust\\  Goerigk et al. \cite{GoerigkEtal2015} consider endangered urban evacuation by the help of buses. Following the concepts of adjustable  and recoverable robustness (refer to \cite{LiebchenEtsl2009}) they propose a bi-objective two-stage robust optimization model that captures uncertain number of evacuees, travel times, and the number of buses by allowing partial fulfillment of scenario before complete disclosure. having minimization of the evacuation time as a first objective, the model tries to minimize the difference between the first and second-stage solutions as the second objective. Incorporating $\epsilon$-constraint method with an iterative procedure, the Pareto front is obtained.
