\section{A modified particle swarm optimization for disaster relief logistics under uncertain environment}  Bozorgi et al. \cite{BozorgiEtal2012} discussed about significant casualties and high frequency of of disasters that occurs every year and proposed a three-level relief chain model, for pre- and post-disaster phases, which includes supplier, relief distribution center(RDCs) and affected area(AA) levels. pre-disaster model include deterministic parameters while all the parameters related to pos-disaster phase are uncertain.   For pre-disaster phase, the model determines number, capacity, inventory level and location of RDCs while in post-disaster phase   the model determines amount of items brought from supplier to RDCs, location and inventory level  in which location of relief distribution centers(RDCs) and allocation of affected areas(AAs) to RDCs is determined in pre- and post-disaster phases.
