Now, substituting the constants of motion:  $$  \ddot{r} \left(1-\frac{2M}{r}\right)  = - \frac{M}{r^2}\left(1-\frac{2M}{r}\right)^{-1}  \epsilon^2 + \frac{M}{r^2}\left(1-\frac{2M}{r}\right)^{-1}  \dot{r}^2 + \frac{\lambda^2}{r} \left(1-\frac{2M}{r}\right) \left(1-\frac{2M}{r}\right)^2  $$
