The human hand gesture recognition is really important in human-computer interaction (HCI), because it allows remote, and contact-free detection of input signals from a human operator and it also has a wide application in virtual reality, sign language recognition, robotic platforms, media players and computer games. \cite{Dulayatrakul_2015} \cite{Ren_2013} Because of the recent development on depth cameras and marker less technology, e.g., Kinect sensor new opportunities for hand gesture recognition emerge. \cite{Kui_Liu_2014}But, despite of the fact that Kinect can provide an overall human body tracking, it is still a problem to use Kinect, specifically, in hand gesture recognition. \cite{Ren_2013}.
