\subsection{Statement of the Problem}  This study intends to investigate Projectile models, Collision Detection and Recognition algorithms Since 2011 there has been a growing movement of games dealing with environmental issues. Environmental games help educate the public on the importance of the environment  and incorporate them into the XBox is one platform in which a developer can release such games. However, little to no environmental games have been released for the XBox. The Kinect for XBox is  an interactive alternative controller in which players can use gestures and voice commands to control the game. Kinect provides more interactivity than traditional controllers that use buttons. Hence, Kinect for XBox is a better platform than mobile, etc. for environmental games. The researchers intend to develop a  game on for  the Kinect. Specifically, Kinect which involves  the catching of trash and segregating them. The  researchers will study body tracking, gesture recognition also intend to implement a projectile model  and Kinect's color recognition algorithms  and depth sensors' algorithms. also enhance a collision detection algorithm for the game.
