In addition to the researchers mentioned above, a more informative discussion of the Hand gesture recognition will be provided. Hand gesture recognition has also been an important part of the Human-computer Interaction not just because of it's application in virtual reality but also in both sign language recognition and computer gaming in general \cite{wachs2011vision}. Before the invention of Kinect as motion capture technology, data gloves have been used for hand gesture recognition which is costly and time-consuming because it requires calibration that is why, the recent development of inexpensive depth cameras e.g. the Kinect sensor, has promoted new opportunities for it. \cite{shotton2013real}  According to \citet{ren2013robust}, Kinect, despite of having a great increase in many different domains of computer science research, the Kinect still has problems specifically in hand gesture recognition. Since the Kinect sensors focuses on tracking large body segments at a time, small segments with more complex parts like hands segmentation are more likely to experience inaccurate recognition.
