# List of Appendicies   Attached you will find the following appendicies:  1. Cichlid cytochrome oxidase brain atlas. All sections are from one individual sectioned at 30uM and processed after 60 min. Matched sections are presented with Nissl on the left and cytochrome oxidase on the right.  2. Mouse positive controls. These are micrographs from a mouse brain sectioned at 40 uM and processed after 60 min of incubation.  3. Rat COX atlas. This atlas is photocopied from REF and included only for your convience.
