\subsection{Comparing WASP mapping to N-masked and personal genome mapping}  To evaluate the accuracy of allelic mapping using WASP, we simulated XXXX bp reads from a lymphoblastoid cell line (GM12878) that has been completely genotyped by the hapmap and 1000 Genomes projects. We simulated reads overlapping heterozygous sites and randomly  chose which allele to use use.
