The addition of borehole instruments to the array has also allowed for observation of teleseismic events, including an event occurring off the Bali Sea at 2014-10-30 12:11:36 UTC, estimated to be a mb 5.2 by ???. Such far field events are generally indistiguable from noise at most surface stations, but clearly show up on all recording borehole stations.
