2016 has just started. We made New Years' resolutions. Some of us have sticked to our your  plans for now. And this makes us feel good.


Maybe good.



Or  you have not made any comittments because you think this is  is a stupid habit-  if you never do what you promised at midnight.
Or maybe you have made plans but you are already desperate because the goals are so big and far away.
Or maybe away.
or you just did not go to the gym because  you were lazyduring the first days of January  and now it feels like you can never make your resolution it  a habit after the first week of January has passed.
