\item The pre-frontal cirrus and frontal cloud regimes (H10 and H11) appear to better resemble the observed structure, with the occurrence of H10 further in to the north-east quadrant, and H11 more pravalent nearer the cyclone centre.  \item Each of the optically-thicker low and mid-topped cloud regimes (H3, H5, H8 \& H9) are slightly more frequently represented.  \end{itemize}  Figure~\ref{fig:CRE_SW_deco_2} compares the decomposed SW CRE bias between the modified microphysics scheme and the original ACCESS1.3.   We observe:  \begin{itemize}  \item Biases related to the occurrence of the compensating optically thin cloud regimes are reduced (H1, H2, H4 and H6), with corresponding reductions in biases related to the frequenct of occurrence of the optically-thick cloud regimes (H3, H5 and H7).  \item The largest bias reduction is between the optically-thin mid-topped cloud regimes H6 and H7  \end{itemize}
