\textit{Top}: Position-velocity diagram of $^{13}\rm{CO}$ emission for BC\_11.13-0.12. Blue background shows $^{12}$CO (1-0) emission integrated between $-1 < \textrm{b} < 1$ degrees \citep{Dame_2001}. Black dots show GRS sources associated with BC\_21.25-0.15. The black Colored  lines are show  fitsto CO data  for the Scutum-Centaurusarm, from \citet{Dame_2011}. \textit{Bottom}: Plane of the sky map integrated between 55-75 km/s, the approximate velocity range of the Scutum-Centaurus arm in the region around BC\_21.25-0.15. A trace of BC\_21.25-0.15, as it would appear as a mid-IR extinction feature, is superimposed on the CO emission map. The correlation between BC\_21.25-0.15's mid-IR extinction feature  and the Scutum-Centaurus's arm most intense CO emission hints that BC\_21.25-0.15 may be a spine of Scutum as traced by lower density CO gas Norma-4kpc arms (see text for references).
