With a length of 13 pc and a width of 0.12 parsecs, it is the shortest, thinnest, and least massive of our ten candidates, with an aspect ratio of approximately $53:1$. It runs \textit{exactly} along the Reid and Dame (2015, in prep) \citet{Reid_2015}  \textit{p-v} fit to the Scutum-Centaurus arm and lies within 10 pc of the physical Galactic midplane.
