The AC conductivity for NbSe$_3$ below the second Peierls temperature from a pure and small AC voltage. The blue and red dashed lines represent the tunneling contribution calculated by WKB approximation and the resonant contribution by numerically solving the Equation (2). There is no threshold frequency since the resonant term dominates in the low frequency domain. The parameters were obtained as follows. $\mathcal{E}_g = 76 \times 10^{-20} erg$. $\omega_t/2\pi = 113 MHz$. Lattice constant in the longitudinal channel direction is $a=1.473 nm$. Damping constant $\Gamma = 10^5 kg/sec$ and the characteristic frequency $\omage_p/2\pi=197 $\omega_p/2\pi=197  MHz$.
