Bouncing jet is a phenomenon that happens when a viscous liquid is dropped or poured in a pool of the same exact liquid under certain conditions. Those conditions are consist of flow rate, velocity  and drop an image} right onto this text. Happy writing! adding a thin layer of air above the pool.
