  3. I collected several WSJ articles in 2015: almost all of the activists tend to target large corporations with a lot of cash. Do these activists have 5 percent holdings (and therefore have to fill with the SEC) or do they use other means of pressure on the board ("just vote no" campaigns, legal suits,...) Check....
