\begin{abstract}  \par By using entangled photons produced by a spontaneous parametric down conversion crystal, the CHSH-Bell inequality was measured to be $2.74 \pm 0.040$ for $\psi_+$ and $2.60 \pm 0.041$ for the $\psi_-$ state, thereby achieving a sigma of 14 and proving that local hidden variable theory is inconsistant inconsistent  with the physical reality. \end{abstract}
