#Related work  The field of topic modeling is especially of interest considering the rise of large online recommendation systems which need fast topic identification of a comment, review or a even search query - such as Amazon or Netflix. Knowledge-based topic models have been around since 2009, when \cite{Andrzejewski_2009} included prior domain knowledge into their through a modeling method based on Dirichlet forests \cite{Mandelbrojt_1971}. In the beginning only the (much easier) must-link knowledge was included int the models \cite{Chen_2013, Mukherjee12aspectextraction}, later to include cannot-link type knowledge by the same research group that produced MTD \cite{chen2013exploiting}.
